Getting Started

When a supplier account is created for you, you will automatically receive an email inviting you to set up your account password.

The email contains a single-use link that allows you to create your password. This link does not expire, but it can only be used once.

Setting Your Password

When setting your password:

• Your password must be at least 6 characters long
• There are no other required rules (such as numbers or symbols)
• For security, we strongly recommend using a longer, unique password that you do not use elsewhere

Once your password has been set, you can use it to log in to the Supplier Portal.

Accessing the Supplier Portal

You can access the Supplier Portal using the following URL:

https://curosa.com/supplier/login

To log in:

1. Enter the email address associated with your supplier account
2. Enter the password you created during account setup
3. Click Log In

⚠️ If you are using a shared or public computer, do not allow the browser to save your login details.

For security reasons, you will be automatically logged out after a period of inactivity.

Forgotten Password

If you forget your password, you can reset it from the login screen.

1. Click Forgotten password
2. Enter your email address
3. If the email address is recognised, you will receive an email with a link to set a new password

The reset link works in the same way as the original setup link and allows you to create a new password.

Changing Your Password

Once logged in, you can update your account details at any time.

1. Click on your initials in the top-right corner of the screen
2. Select Profile
3. Update your name, email address, or password as required

• If you only want to update your name or email address, leave the password field empty
• Your existing password will remain unchanged unless you enter a new one

Signing Out

To log out of the Supplier Portal:

1. Click on your initials in the top-right corner
2. Select Sign Out

Signing out will securely end your session and is recommended, especially when using shared devices.
